It's not a place, it's action. By converting, offering a fair deal, and appearing stable and ethical. Contrary to popular belief affiliates are not suckers or beasts of burden. Eventually if the money isn't there they will go elsewhere. If they get sick of the bullshit from that part of the industry they will likewise leave it entirely. And this has happened. Not many are left. You have your work cut out for you. Good luck.
