What do you use for a domain registrar?

Hi Robwod - Pricing (no matter of the registrar) depends on volume - but I can offer discounted rates. You can go to eNom.com and (publicly) view the pricing but depending on volume would depend on the pricing I can offer you.

I looked. And it's not exactly easy to see any of the prices unless you are a reseller and enroll into one of your reseller packages. I saw where .com's are $13.95 / yr to register. But I saw nowhere about the cost of domain transfer.
While I have no doubt about eNom's integrity as a registrar, I take pause when the costs associated for registrations, add-ons (like WHOIS Privacy), renewals and transfers are not readily visible -- why hide it or make it difficult to find, you know?
Am I just overlooking a page that lists all your prices? I can't find one.
ETA: For the record, you were the ONLY reason I stayed at Moniker as long as I did. The day you left (which meant any sense of reasonable expectations of support left with you), I migrated everything out.Last edited by robwod; 02-06-2014, 06:21 AM.NSFWComment

$13.95 is the standard pricing to register names but (depending on volume) I can offer additional discounts. Email me!

Hey George,
the add whoisguard feature is under recommended checkout settings but I can see where you are coming from. I will make sure this is added and made more visible to the cart flow asap. Can you tell me more about the .xxx issues? You can reach me at richard.k at namecheap.com
If anyone else here would like to make some suggestions on our cart flow or any other functionality, please make sure to reach out to me directly and I will make sure we try and address them as soon as possible. We are constantly looking for ways to improve.
If you have an issue with the general way our new design looks, unfortunately that will not be changing. While we've had some people take issues with it, the overwhelming majority absolutely love it and our sales, conversions and people's recommendations of us attest to that.
We will also be revamping our control panel so anything that bothers you now, please let me know so we can try to integrate that with our new release.
Thanks again to everyone who uses us. I am here at your disposal at any time.
Best,
Richard K.
CEO
