Help kill the Google search monopoly..

Google is killing adult websites and affiliates with all of the recent changes regarding affiliates as spam.

It's time for a change!

Switch to Bing!

Bing is great for many reasons..

First of all they pay you to search. Everyday you can earn some points by doing searches and then you can redeem the points for gift cards and other rewards.

If you sign up to the rewards program under me, you'll get a free 200 points just like that.

Sign Up to Bing Rewards!

Only this month will you get an extra 200 points for signing up. That's amazing, I only have 149 points after a couple days of using Bing. You'll have a huge headstart.

Bing video and image search is amazing!

The image search has a gallery like feature where you could simply browse through images. It's very clean, sleek and easy to use.

The video search is even better!

Each video shows a favicon/icon of the source, for example pornhub, xhamster, etc. So you know the website your going to.

Also if you hover over a video you can view a quick preview of the video right on the Bing website.

Switch to Bing niggas!

And use this website if you want to share something with friends to help end the Google Search Monopoly.

rewards isn't available in my country (UK)

Just think though if all adult webmasters changed their warning exit page to a different search engine to google - would it make those fuckers sit up and take notice?

You still don't get it.

I guess that's why you sit where you sit (on the bottom), and I sit where I sit (in the penthouse).

If Microsoft had their way you would have to run an MS powered site to get listed and getting in the top 10 would run $1000 per month. Out of the frying pan and into the fire....

If you really want things to change then check this out and support it.

Oh the irony. Google is also killing mainstream websites and it's all because of the spam.
100% legit old and quality site is losing rank to dozen of hacked sites that are stuffed with fake content that redirect users to other sites.

Train kept A Rolling

I try to mention this incredible situation to people ,
and all you get is a shrug .
if your not running a site you just don't care.
Its pretty bad when the biggest pushback at the antitrust hearings last year was from chuck grassley of iowa.
I think they had trouble getting witnesses they were scared to testify [although yelp did]
With a 90% search share I think its a little late to do anything to stop them other than a "baby bell" style forced divestiture which isn't likely

Google's paid clicks keep surging; ad prices remain under pressure

Google's (GOOG) paid click growth, boosted by mobile searches and product listing ads (PLAs), continued to accelerate in Q4. Paid clicks rose 31% Y/Y after growing 26% in Q3 and 23% in Q2.
At the same time, mobile continues taking a toll on ad prices: cost per click fell 2% Q/Q and 11% Y/Y after dropping 8% Y/Y in Q3 and 6% in Q2.
Google Sites revenue (67% of revenue exc. Motorola) rose 22% Y/Y, the same as Q3. Ad network revenue (23% of total), pressured lately by policy changes meant to improve the user experience, rose 3% vs. 1% in Q3. Other Google revenue (10% of total - Nexus, search appliances) rose 99% vs. 85%.

Google ended Q4 with $58.7B in cash/investments (much of it offshore), and $5.5B in
debt.

Nothing much is coming from antitrust action except in europe.and its pretty small ball penalties that they probably laugh about in board meeting

Google reportedly close to settling EU probe
Reuters reports Google (GOOG -0.7%) is close to settling the EU's long-running antitrust probe after delivering "much better" concessions related to the displaying of links to rival services within search results. A senior EU official tells Reuters a decision "is expected in the next few days or in a couple of weeks at the latest."
It was only two weeks ago that EU antitrust chief Joaquin Almunia said he wasn't happy with Google's proposed remedies, which follow allegations from dozens of rivals that the Web giant is favoring its own services within search results, and is making it difficult to export search ad campaign data. Google settled a similar dispute with the FTC a year ago.
Google's latest offer reportedly would reportedly allow rivals' logos and links to appear "in a prominent box," and give content providers control over what material is shown within results.
Separately, the court handling IP owner Vringo's infringement suit against Google has ordered Google to pay a 6.5% royalty rate on 20.9% of its AdWords search ad revenue (amounts to a 1.36% total royalty rate). Google will almost certainly appeal the decision.

Should be sending to a non-adult offer not throwing it away at Google.

Bing is pretty great for search results.

The only thing I hate is their full screen photos on the search home page. Just make it white background FFS.

I agree but my point was that if every adult webmaster suddenly started supporting a rival SE it would shoot up in popularity just like firefox did when websites started promoting it.
Of cause, it would never work - adult webmasters agreeing on something and working together? Nah!

There are hundreds of portals where you need install no software.. Anyone who runs the client is free to set up their own custom portal. For example: http://search.yacy.net/

You can customize what factors matter most for each portal you set up. What holds it back is a lack of clients and some development. But something liek this has the potential to kill the centralized search engine and render it obsolete.

If the shoe fits.....

Lets face it, most affiliates are worthless these days. Plastering the same shit everywhere. Personally, I'm VERY happy that Google is penalizing this.

Here's an idea....Become a REAL webmaster who creates your own unique content to supplement what the affiliate programs give you. I know this is far fetched as it requires actual work instead of just copy and paste.

Google should have made this move years ago.

Agree.

If you have great websites there's no need to rely on google. Google just brings free traffic.
I see that the most affected webmasters are the ones with crappy websites(blogs made from rss feeds with some low quality thumbs and full of outbound links, skimmed traffic, popunders, plugs, mostly ads webpages, fake video thumbs, etc.)

I like the changes that google adopted and if you build some clean websites with content, and few but well blended ads you will like the changes too. Since the affiliates are promoting content they should create quality websites to make the user happy. A Happy user will buy, a user that is annoyed by the popunders and fake thumbs will close the page.
Anyway, most webmasters will continue to build same crappy websites just to cookie stuff and will continue to bitch about google.
Since the last summer my traffic from google increased, and the conversion increased even if I don't use any popunders or deceptive tactics like fake thumbs. The user wants content and clean sites and I respect the user.
