You forgot to mention in your post that your previous account was suspended for distribution of malware, and that your response was that you claimed your server was hacked.

The incident is fully logged by us via your emails with us and two third parties detection. We are one of the cleanest networks with leading malware detection.

Yes. I had another account but that was some time ago. I could not login with it and I created new one. I surely talked to Wizo and he said I will get an email from compliance. Flaw was fixed. Thanks!
