Sure, I'll explain here since you started a public thread (at your request):
You forgot to mention in your post that your previous account was suspended for distribution of malware, and that your response was that you claimed your server was hacked.
The incident is fully logged by us via your emails with us and two third parties detection. We are one of the cleanest networks with leading malware detection.
If the incident was truly a hack, please accept our apologies for drastic action. However, we deal with a lot of claims to cover up intentional malicious activity, so I take these claims with a grain of salt.
