Ok let's start with ''categories'' ; we need a sponsor with all the principal categories like twink, asian, old, muscular, Black, military, big cock, amateur, orgy, bears, hardcore. Like www.topbucks.com. And you take the best website designer to do the job.

Ratio. You put the ratio of all your sites, and you say if it's first or second or ... page that you count. 1:250 'first page' and updated daily to see who sells the best.

For the videos. You can do something like www.smartmovies.net but for gays... So everyday or every week you add 1-2-3 new BIG videos. So the people calls somewhere to get a code to access the big movie that he wants or he pays with credit card for 1 movie or 5 or 10. And you do it in english, french and a lot of other languages if you can. This is really good and you get a good ratio everyday or every week.

The webcam.. You can do live feeds like www.pornication.com and you can do like a stripe club, 10 $ for X minutes or 5$ for a dildo anal of X minutes or pay per minute.

For a click program. Someone can make like www.amateurpages.com but version gay with smaller pics, so you have big pics and small pics, 2 different prices per click.

What's about a Gay radio live. YOu take some great dj's, you add news and you sell pub for webmasters, websites, erotic lines, hot bars you can play live from bars.. You can make a webmaster program... Like a click $ for every person who listens the radio live from the link in the site.

Ok some button for the webcam. You make a pic like 100x100 of the men live with a little ''live now'' flashing under.. but you put all this in a script that can show the real person live now, if someone click on the pic you can do a pop up in the center of the screen with exactly the good size of the webcam screen with the chat on the left or right, or a normal page. So if you have 6 places for cams you make 6 button live. The person choose and if she don't like she close and choose another one..but the person is on your site all the time. She remembers your site.
