It's an ongoing joke for years about the "Vegas Flu" when people come back from the conference. Although this year, it would appear to be the potential for an actual flu, versus the possible true cause..... a hang over after a week long bender.

I've not had a flu shot in almost 20 years, and my immune system is tits. I've gotten sick, but nothing that a day or two of rest and some NyQuil couldn't handle.

Here is a major tip that many do not realize.

Many get sick, not because they breathe in sickness. It enters through their eyes. In many cases people at shows are more tired than normal, not washing their hands and shaking a lot of hands and touching a lot of things that collect viruses. Then a quick eye rub and bam sickness is put on the mucas of they eye and begins to enter the body without filters.

Wash your hands people, get some decent rest, drink vodka and water to keep yourself hydrated!

The problem is it takes ~10 days to build up immunity after the shot. I'm glad I got mine a few weeks ago.

Never had a flu shot and never will. I was sick throwing up for a day when I was about 10 or 11 but not sure if that was the real flu. My bros and other people laugh at me cus I wash my hands all the time but wtf ever. All I get is a sore throat for a couple days every other year or so.

Excellent advice, been doing that for a while. Came to the conclusion after catching some crud a few years ago, it was a bitch to shake
