It's an ongoing joke for years about the "Vegas Flu" when people come back from the conference. Although this year, it would appear to be the potential for an actual flu, versus the possible true cause..... a hang over after a week long bender. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

I got it bad last year for about a month. Not going to happen this year!

I've had it for the past week. Kicking my ass.

Been there, done that.

I've not had a flu shot in almost 20 years, and my immune system is tits. I've gotten sick, but nothing that a day or two of rest and some NyQuil couldn't handle.

I'll say it... I think flu shots are bullshit... (regrettably starts making tin foil hat)

Although... It could just be that with all the alcohol, nothing can survive in my blood stream.:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Here is a major tip that many do not realize.

Many get sick, not because they breathe in sickness. It enters through their eyes. In many cases people at shows are more tired than normal, not washing their hands and shaking a lot of hands and touching a lot of things that collect viruses. Then a quick eye rub and bam sickness is put on the mucas of they eye and begins to enter the body without filters.

Wash your hands people, get some decent rest, drink vodka and water to keep yourself hydrated!

The problem is it takes ~10 days to build up immunity after the shot. I'm glad I got mine a few weeks ago.

Another reason not to shake someone's hand. Shaking hands is the dumbest fucking ritual ever. On porn sets people don't even fist bump they touch elbows.

Every time I've had a flu shot, I was sick as fuck for a week afterwards.

When I dont get a flu shot, I'm fine all year. Fuck a fucking flu shot.

That's it... Now I have a good excuse not to shake hands with anyone ever again. :winkwink:

Never had a flu shot and never will. I was sick throwing up for a day when I was about 10 or 11 but not sure if that was the real flu. My bros and other people laugh at me cus I wash my hands all the time but wtf ever. All I get is a sore throat for a couple days every other year or so.
