porn is legal and you dont want to limit the surfers payment options , instead you should try to add more payout options like
payment via debit cards,paypal.

It has been said by someone owning paysites that bitcoin payments were few or non existent. Also bitcoin price goes up and down so you should cash out on current price, otherwise you may lose money (well you may gain money as well so lets assume it equals out).
Anyway it takes some work hours to manage those bitcoin transactions, maybe those hours may be spent in order to get more CC paying customes and maybe that would be more money in the end for the company.

As for recurring, paysites usually have non recurring CC memberships as well anyway (bigger price or 6-12 months).

This is nice for merchants, but not so nice for buyers. People may prefer to buy with method they can chargeback later just in case.
