No, I'm saying that as a new commentator, O'Reilly has a very far reach, because he's the number one guy on cable news. President Obama can reach more people on his show than any other venue.

That's the reason Obama wants to have an interview with him.

O'Reilly's audience is older for sure.

I think part of the reason is that younger people don't really pay attention to the news. Their lives are a lot more fun at that point than when they get older. They are more interested in getting paid and getting laid.

So older people tend to watch the "boring" news more than young people overall.

Which would help to explain why O'Reilly crushes the competition.

I'm guessing if all the younger people were actually interested in what's happening in the world and all watched the news...the ratings would be different.
Hell, EVERYTHING would be different.

O Reilly crushes the competition because off all the old people who watch him, and then there's that section of the country between the west and east coast. I just watched that clip. I have to say...that was a really good interview.

If you watch the actual interview and not just that clip which is edited to make it look bad...you'll see that he never "interrupted" anyone. It was a pretty good interview and O'Reilly was very respectful and he and The President had an insightful conversation.

Democrat's seem to always overreach in their bullshit. And that video editing and the claims that he "interrupted" (during the interview that HE was conducting) are another example of it.

You are right, they had hannity once on one of the air america radio shows. He was funny ,very charming and very likable.

Everything is true except Maddow I dont like her show but she is actually a ph.d in political science.

Rush also owns the airwaves because there is almost nothing else on in most states. He is the on the road salemans best friend. Here in Atlanta you got NPR in the morning and that,s not right or left if you really listen to it not take a pundits opinion on it. Its like a news magazine. It's not going to be much about Obama's agenda, it's going to be more about answering for all the shit going on, like if you like your insurance, you can keep it, Bengazi, NSA spying on Americans, NRA targeting conservative groups and those kind of things.
