So I cracked open one of the Ezra Brooks. Couldn't believe the reaction. Still sippin 55+ year old Kentucky burbon.
|
Not to be a dick, but, that's only 12-13 year old bourbon. Bourbon does all it's aging and flavor development in wooden barrels. Once placed in bottles or ceramic decanters like those pictured nothing positive happens to the whiskey no matter how many years it sits. Empty, those decanters are sold at local Kentucky gift shoppes for $15.00 to tourists.
What you have pictured is average 90 proof, 12 year old bourbon whiskey in a $15 dollar ceramic bottle made in china. No big deal. . |

I don't buy scrap. Scrap is a waste of my time and space although I know several people who make real good money doing it. If you haven't figured it out already I buy equipment from failed restaurants. There is no story telling. Why I'm successful in what I do is because I sell good quality equipment that I buy for pennies on the dollar and I don't have loads of overhead which allows me to sell lower than my competition. One of whom is now working for me. My, 40-50 year old as if they came out this year decanter collection is just that, a collection. Let me know when you find 1 1960's or 70's Beam, Lionstone, or Ezra Brooks decanters for sale in their original packing still full of liquor much less an entire collection and I'll buy it if I don't already have it. All of which I likely paid less than original price. That is outside of me, but as I said after cracking one open that probably won't even happen since I've decided to drink the extras to the collection. Torn between Lionstone and Beam for New Years now. |

Incidentally, I asked you what you specifically wanted to see, you didn't bother to reply, so I guessed. You keyed on my weekly silver buy and thought it was somehow a source of income instead of an investment. I guess that also explains why you valued it so far below its market value -- you literally didn't bother to look. It does make a lot more sense now. Thanks for clarifying, I guess. A lot of the other things you've said are starting to make sense now, too. You read the headline, guess at what's in the article, then talk about it as an authority. |

Your last post convinced me that you're probably not even going to read a reply, so why bother? You just want to throw out random statements, then dance around any replies and spit out more assumptions. No big deal, most of us had no idea who you were before this thread, and now it's time to go back to that. |

I'll let it rest. And yep back to being in the background. You should try it sometime. You are a coder after all. |

Program owners and marketing reps I'd expect this from. Being that, you would want to portray you're making money so others will follow. If you're trying to provide a service you need to be good and hungry. I don't want my refrigeration guy pulling up in a lambo. Hell I use to show up to mortgage closings wearing blue jeans and tshirts and my customers loved me for it because they were too. |

Fuck! I just can't help myself. So I finally watched your vid. I've decided to write my own script. Let's see how good I am at scripting without even going back through the video. You just walked everyone your parents house. The clues? For starters the nieces bedroom. Sorry but I don't believe you the nice uncle has set his niece up with a bedroom. Who does this? Grandma. Especially when her son spends so much time overseas. Next up, brother in the service staying in the main house while on leave. And where are your most personal belongings outside of your safe including the computer with this thread? In the guest house. All of which leads me to believe you've spent all of your money (outside of safe cash?) from the autoblogger (I'll be nice here) ordeal and have moved back home with the parents. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I personally know at least one person who made millions a month in this industry who eventually moved back in with the parents. I will add that if he had listened to me he could have avoided that.

How is the development going? Are you sure your parents didn't do like most and settle down in Florida for their retirement years? You have to admit my scenario is pretty damn good. |

Sadly, my parents have ties to the rest of the family in CT. We've been begging them to move away from the harsh winters, but they're stubborn. It also relates a bit to my neice, which is a sad story I don't want on GFY. Anyway, this part is important, so pay attention: I am formally asking you to publish a retraction to your false statements, with the same level of effort you put into making the erroneous posts. This will be my only such request. |
