I just logged in to make an Appt to get my MBP serviced. Earliest Appt isn't available until Friday.

The last time it was 4 days. They need to figure that shit out or open another store here locally.

i just got back , the two idiots from apple chat support said battery on phone was fine according too diagnostics.... Carlos said it was fucked and swapped it in the store in 30 min.... When i went to pick it up it was a zoo

Next time try Apple's online support. It's faster and you can do it from home. And very often the problem with short battery life on iPhones isn't the batteries themselves, it's an app. My GF's iPhone was dying after a few hours only of use so with help from Apple by phone I did a factory reset, updated the i/os, then restored only the apps she wants and not all of the other apps she never used anymore and voila - problem solved.

If you're sure its not your apps, turn off Bluetooth and wifi when you don't need it. Wifi is always scanning for and attempting to connect to other wifi hotspots, and chances are you have a few apps running that you said can use your current location, meaning your iPhone is always broadcasting stuff out. Turning Wifi off when you don't need it can extend your battery life.

there online chat are idiots..... they told me battery was fine. Apple Store guy ran diagnostics and said battery was bad. Use online chat for basic shit only
