I saw your first thread with the comment about people wondering who's fake nic this is. I didn't respond because I don't really care. Alaska is one of seventeen HAARP locations around the world.
The United States military have mobile operations based in San Diego and new installations in place around the world. HAARP Alaska is no longer the essential weather weapon location. Re-Opening HAARP Alaska would be simple and require little to no notice. If you think HAARP is no longer being used to weaponize the weather, then you have basically been put to sleep by propaganda.
