Let's see, where to start...
- There's no proof at all that the sound recorded in this video is Haarp.
- Haarp produces energy that shoots into the sky at 8 cycles per second; a much lower frequency than anyone could hear and far less than the frequency in the video.
- Haarp is not a weapon. The fact that the title is "Haarp Weapon" should tell you about the preposition of the author of the video.
- And oh yes, Haarp closed its doors back in Ju;y. The Darpa funded project is no more.

Oh my god, Jesse Ventura? Really? This guy is a clown. Here's the thing about Conspracy shows: They can't even say, let alone prove, that a theory is true or false. You know why? Because if they do or don't, they risk alienating 50% of the viewers. Another show like this is "Joe Roagan Questions everything". What a tool he is. It's supposed to be a show about getting to the truth but its nothing but scary music and shitty effects make a boring and stupid idea into something dramatic, to keep idiots tuned in for a whole hour.
