My Headache Getting A Paxum Card
Like a lot of posts on here that I've seen lately, it seems to be getting more and more complicated to get a Paxum Card, even when you do what's required to get one.
Over four weeks ago I applied for a Paxum Card, I was required like everyone to supply one form or another of ID, I supplied my drivers license. Today, more than 4 weeks after I applied for my card I received this email... Dear Mr **************, Your Paxum MasterCard request was rejected by the bank since (due to the their new regulation) only the Drivers License is not sufficient for the card request to be processed. Considering this situation, please submit one more primary identity document, such as: - National ID; - International Passport; - Social Security Card. Please upload the required document attached to this ticket or in your Paxum Account at My Account >> Profile Settings >> Identity Confirmation. Please also notify us as soon as the document is submitted so that we can review it and re-send your card request to the bank. Best regards. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Now I have to submit that and do this whole process again. In the mean time I've stopped using Paxum, and have actually turned work away lately, because of it. I have 0 interest paying wire fees, or %'s to my credit card company for transferring it that way and then taking the money off my credit card. I talked to Ruth about this, I got no apology and instead I got one rude/ignorant comment after another. She got pissy with me that I've stopped using Paxum as a payment option, because a month ago she Pinned a thread on GFY saying I was taking Paxum as a payment option for MechTemplates.com, which I was at the time. But if I can't get my money without having to pay for MY MONEY, then I'm not going to continue to use the service. There's a big difference between a $40 wire charge and $1 Paxum withdrawl fee -- Ruth couldn't seem to understand that and several times needed to repeat the pinned thread on GFY. She also refused to tell me how long it's been that a licence wasn't sufficient enough to get a Paxum Card -- she couldn't grasp how that was relevant to the conversation. Yeah, I appreciate the pinned thread on GFY, but when I do what's required to get a Paxum Card at the time, and get rejected and have to wait another 4-10 weeks (4 weeks possibly for approval and I was told it would take 6 weeks to ship -- for some reason beyond my understanding) -- I'm not going to continue to use that service in the mean time and either pay to get MY MONEY, or wait for a couple months to access it. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- This is just a warning to those applying for a Paxum Card, if you don't want the hold up to take even longer than it does, make sure you supply as much information as possible so this doesn't happen to you.

Because robots could not understand human language since they use machine language or binary digits however, you might convert your id's to binary first before they can understand your concern.

So what do you do if you are owed a lot of money by a company that only uses Paxum?

I get paid per job I do for people, so for myself I'll discuss other payment options before the job is even started. Most people have other ways they can pay.

Then you must only do small amounts with them. If you receive more than about $5K a year they lock your account until you send ID.
