I have not been getting PayPal e-mails for the last several days. Invoice requests, payment confirmations, etc. Anyone else? Need to determine if it's my e-mail or if it's PayPal.

It's your email. Check the "Spam/Junk" folder of your email client/service, maybe you'll find missed emails there.

I spend $200-$500 in domain renewals a month, just did it for the month and all PayPal emails came through so probably an email issue.
