Smart X - good for selling spots but can't rotate several ads on one adspot (or wasn't able when I was using it the last time)
OpenX - probably most powerful but resource heavy. Was using their hosted version but they have discontinued it... Was lazy to install self hosted one since I couldn't migrate data and settings so I have writtensimple javascript and/or php+iframe rotator with Yourls or TALS script to keep track of clicked ads... (so I have only clicks, don't have the impressions, CTR etc..) So this is good for smaller sites where I don't need robust applications...
