I have to react.

Lie no.1
"I did buy webmasterland, the echeck was not canceled by me, it was because PP discovered I was using the account for adult transactions.

email from PayPal regarding stopped echeck...

"An eCheck payment from vachagan altounian ([email protected]) could not be processed from the sender's bank. Please do not ship any items. We have canceled this transaction and advise that you contact the sender to make new payment arrangements.

Please contact vachagan altounian regarding this payment."

Lie no.2
I did initiate a wire to the seller, it failed. For the simple reason that the bank requires the name and address of the recipient."

Failture of wire cause of missing name and address of the recipient is pure lie. I provided all the information (name, address, city, zip, country) in email following email with wire info (bank name, account name, account number, swift). I have all emails stored for legal act if necessary.

Lie no.3

"I have been asking the seller (OP) for his name and address over and over again with no result."

He already had all my info. Maybe he did not want to read email, I don`t know.

Lie no.4
"I have been in communication all along, and even emailed him yesterday before he started all the drama. Asking him for a name and address to mail a certified check to him by registered mail. Of course I got no co-operation from him."

Another lie. He communicate only when I sent him email "where is my money?" and have always some nice excuse as described a bit lower here.

He asked me for name and address (both he already have - the same for wire) And I`ve asked him for certified check because it means that bank will immediately
take his money in value on the check but he played dumb and repeated to me that he will send it in certified mail... I`ve explained to him the difference between standard and certified cheque but it was left without notice by him.. one think is what this guy wrote and secon what he realy doing...and its huge difference in my experience.

Lie no.5
"He refuses to provide the name and address for a check, I will not re-wire him with the information he provided me, it is not going to go through. The bank requires an address for the person you send a wire to. This already cost me money."

Still the same song...

In the mean time...

All this happend on 8/2 (today is 11/28) and I still dont have money for this deal.

in between these dates the only replies from TheButcher on my emails "when you will send money?" was for example "It was stopped yesterday and a new wore initiated brotha" "Don;t worry about the wire fee, let's get it resolved and move on to your other domains brotha" "I am trying to fix this like asap mate hang in there" "I have loaded paypal waiting for itr to show as available, to send direct payment mate this bank shit is a joke." "yes set up a new bank account to avoid this problems, will fix it any day brotha" "i will send you pp today mate" "The guy who was going to send me the pp let me down, working on it mate."

etc etc all the same crap around.

No, domain name was his right after we made a deal and when he sent me echeck which was not cleared (after few days). So he own domain whole time, but I got money yesterday after 4 months and all this on gfy.

You immediately started this topic with an untruth about Butcher publicly bragging about defrauding people. Immediately as in your 1st post with no evidence to support these claims. Riling up the natives here with unsubstantiated claims about someone who already has a reputation is an easy way to get the public on your side. He sent an echeck via PayPal and it didn't clear and he already sent the domain.

Just FYI, that's not necessarily uncommon. My paypal account has been frozen (with "no way to get it unfrozen according to paypal support") and unfrozen at least 4 or 5 times in the last 10 years. It's enough someone sends you a paypal payment with a porn related domain name in it.

There's alot of reasons for this though. Some people don't speak english well but can read/write it. I dislike phone for business for instance because there's no chat log so I can't check back a month later to see what was discussed.

He asked me for name and address (both he already have - the same for wire) And I`ve asked him for certified check because it means that bank will immediately take his money in value on the check but he played dumb and repeated to me that he will send it in certified mail... I`ve explained to him the difference between standard and certified cheque but it was left without notice by him.. one think is what this guy wrote and secon what he realy doing...and its huge difference in my experience. Lie no.5 "He refuses to provide the name and address for a check, I will not re-wire him with the information he provided me, it is not going to go through. The bank requires an address for the person you send a wire to. This already cost me money." Still the same song... In the mean time... All this happend on 8/2 (today is 11/28) and I still dont have money for this deal. in between these dates the only replies from TheButcher on my emails "when you will send money?" was for example "It was stopped yesterday and a new wore initiated brotha" "Don;t worry about the wire fee, let's get it resolved and move on to your other domains brotha" "I am trying to fix this like asap mate hang in there" "I have loaded paypal waiting for itr to show as available, to send direct payment mate this bank shit is a joke." "yes set up a new bank account to avoid this problems, will fix it any day brotha" "i will send you pp today mate" "The guy who was going to send me the pp let me down, working on it mate." . . . . etc etc all the same crap around.

He can make instant paypal - he didnt want to... he could send a wire (he had all my infos exept penis size ) he told that my bank rejected it but it`s not true (I called my bank). Than he stop communicate and when I asked him to pay, it was "next week bro". Maybe you can better read what I wrote before. It backfired. 2) You came here and immediately lied about starting legal action and that Butcher was publicly bragging about defrauding people. I didnt lie, I`ve contacted Canadian embassy, how to make steps.. It backfired. 3) In the end, it's your word against his, no matter who produces what emails or other so-called "proofs". Lol you are stupid or cant read do you think that I havent done anything to get paid asap? Do you think that it was pleasure for me to send 4 months of emails to him? Wake up please ) Draw. 4) You got your money. Yes, here I agree with you. Success. You win. However, you established your eagerness to spread lies about someone in an attempt to extract money owed that you could have already been paid if not for your own stubborness. No, I just described my business with him. Also I found many threads where people complaining about him too... so I was not the only one.
