I recently signed up for your program, but I'm unable to download any of your banners so I can start promoting you. I sent a support ticket several days ago and was told they'd look into the issue, but it has yet to be resolved.. This should be a fairly simple issue to fix.

When I log into my account and go to the banners page and enter my limitations parameters, I get the page offering me several banner formats. Square, Vert, and Horiz. I click on one and it brings up all of the available banners, but the spots where the previews should be are blank. When I click on "Download" a new window opens to a blank page with no prompt to download.

Today, I received your newest FHG newsletter and at the bottom, there are some links to download banners. They all go here:

And nothing on that page allows one to download a banner. Every link simply goes to the Digital Desire home page.

When support said they'd look into it, I asked if they could just send me a couple that I can use in the meantime. (I need 160x600). I haven't received anything.

Can you please look into this?

The banners got removed when they switched to new NATS version and they didn't bother to put them back. Anyway their banners were really old and not that great looking they were last updated in 2004 last time I saw them, you're better off making your own.
