Paxum withdrawal - how?
No one from Paxum online, so I'll just ask here:
Can I just use the card at the ATM or do I need to load a wallet (or the card) first? Usually the card has to be loaded at other systems, but I don't see any "load" link inside Paxum. Last I've heard they also had some wallet problems. How does this work with Paxum today? |

As far as I know you load the card from your 'Checking Account' - At the top menu click transfer funds and then transfer between accounts - I just did it and it worked OK...

To take funds out using your card you need to click "Transfer Funds" then "Between your accounts" and put in the amount you want to transfer and select your card
Also myself and ruth are both on skype and our support is 24/7 so not sure who you tried to reach. Chris |
