Paxum withdrawal - how?
 

No one from Paxum online, so I'll just ask here:
Can I just use the card at the ATM or do I need to load a wallet (or the card) first?

Usually the card has to be loaded at other systems, but I don't see any "load" link inside Paxum. Last I've heard they also had some wallet problems.

How does this work with Paxum today?

As far as I know you load the card from your 'Checking Account' - At the top menu click transfer funds and then transfer between accounts - I just did it and it worked OK...

To take funds out using your card you need to click "Transfer Funds" then "Between your accounts" and put in the amount you want to transfer and select your card

Also myself and ruth are both on skype and our support is 24/7 so not sure who you tried to reach.

Must be I didn't know you offer support over skype since you post only your ICQ info.

We don't offer support via skype but if you have a general question or somethings needs attention quick you can come to myself or ruth. Our support is 24/7 via our ticket system or if you do nothave access to your account you can simply email [email protected].

I'll adjust my location to include my skype. Just so you have it my skype is jupzchris. My ICQ was on all day yesterday starting at 5am central standard time so not sure if you tried to reach me that way either.
