Most importantly, condolences to you and the family. My roommate's mom was killed a couple years ago crossing the street in a snowstorm. We understand the situation and wish the best to you all.

her mom asked me to close it this morning and of course i said yes right away, members have access until they cancel, all of the funds will goto her mom to help with the costs.

its been a real shock and i dunno..

I sincerely feel for you and for Ashley's mom.

Honestly, under those circumstances, I probably would have likely done the same thing (I shut down two websites years ago which I could still be earning money on for even less compelling reasons, simply based upon my own sense of ethics).

What horrid news. I only chatted to Ashley a few times and found her a lovely person to talk to, witty, intelligent with a Marilyn Monroe-type soft voice. She doted on her dog, Taylor, and regularly shared some really funny videos of the two of them. And she appeared in several well known films as an extra, the last I heard was one of the American Pies. I think it was Kate of Kate's Playground who discovered her, working in a tan shop where Kate visited. What a shame.
