I need a shared hosting account with about 5 to 10 ips and 5mbit per month. About 10 sites all need a DB Can anyone recummend one ?

At this point we can't issue an ip, you get per cloud hosting package one dedicated ip. and on our shared packages you get a shared ip.
All accounts are managed.
