Well, America is a continent, not a country, so I can tell you we have many Shemale Friendly cities here in Brazil.

I know that there are many Shemales in Chile, Colombia and Argentina too. For example check user "nikki99", from Chile.

Also, the city as a whole is pretty transgender friendly when it comes to jobs, rights, etc.
