Well, America is a continent, not a country, so I can tell you we have many Shemale Friendly cities here in Brazil.

I know Portland has a lot of tranny/shemale/transgender people in it. There was a big article in a local paper a few years back about how Portland has a high concentration of Psychologist who deal with transgender issues as well as doctors who perform sexual reassignment surgeries. Also, the city as a whole is pretty transgender friendly when it comes to jobs, rights, etc.
