Anyone know the people from Webpimps.com? I paid them for software via Paypal and they never emailed it to me... are they always like this?

It was yesterday. I bought their Mass Renamer software via Paypal, it should have let me download after I bought it, but it didn't .. I needed the software ASAP and so far, they haven't replied to emails.
