    Where is the cheapest place on the planet to live that isn't infested with gangsters, corruption

    No gangsters, kidn@pp|ngs for rans0m, etc. Like a safe place for people with a family to move to or buy a vacation home/condo that isn't ridiculously over run with dip shits with no value to human life? It doesn't have to be a place that's tropical. Just a get-away.

                                              like Palmdale out here in LA... in the early eighties people moved out their to live a nice and quiet family life BUT when the housing market collapsed in the eighties the gov moved the inner city out there to occupy the empty houses, now HUD homes paid for by 'the people' with the lease payments going to the banks...
