Fetish Wealth Doesn't Want To Pay Me Cause I Didn't Reach the Min

http://www.fetishwealth.com/

For few months now I was trying to contact them via
Email: [email protected]
and
ICQ : 453008880
because I wanted to close my account with them.
I never did well with them. ( blame my traffic or blame their sites, whatever the reason)
In summary its
Outstanding Balance:$68.32
Pending Payments: $0.00
Payments Sent: $350.58

To get the payment from their program the minimum is $100
Most of my links directing to their sites are removed. Of course there are still old links on freesites and galleries, maybe some blog posts.

Today finally I've managed to contact them via ICQ and that is the copy of the conversation:

fetish wealth
I spoke to management
they denied my request for xing out the account
the minimum is $100
At the same time I also sent them an email:

**********my acc details here ************
I wish no longer promote you program and I would like to close my account with you.
Remaining balance please put into my paxum account which is *****@gmail.com

So whats left is that I don't promote them anymore thus I have no chance for future signups.
They keep my stupid Outstanding Balance:$68.32 forever.

Fuck You Fetish Wealth.

Note to moderators: If you find this post offensive in any way please delete it or move it more appropriate section.

I will post the same over at Greenguy's Board and Medium Pimpin.
Maybe I will get more logic explanation.

If having a minimum payout makes them scammers, then there are a LOT of scammers out there.

hi pclit

owner of fetishwealth here.

i instructed my program manger to stick with our rule for minimum payouts across the board and As John stated I hardly think having the minimum payout rule and sticking to it makes us "scammers" so I would appreciate if you could clarify the thread title on your subsequent complaint posts a little.

either way sorry you don't like the minimum payout rule but we have
it in place for a couple reasons one of which is to prevent real scammers which you have no idea how many fraudsters and scammers we have to deal with when running a program.

Please take note that I would be far more inclined to help you had your post not been so full of BS, so as I see it you two options

1. continue to complain and make inaccurate PUBLIC claims that we are scammers because you have not met the minimum payout which has been in effect since you signed up that you cant get support etc..

2. what seems more logical and easy from the start would be to send another sale or two to meet the minimum , then you will be paid like always before and then stop sending us traffic with no false board drama and smearing our name for no real reason.

good day sir.

I guess one could say to either party "It's only 70 bucks" and be right. But it's not a scam! You shouldn't call it a scam. They're just tight I would say, and don't want to bend the rules.

Well I think it's shit that you don't pay affiliates.

Obviously he is not a scammer because you have already paid him before. At the end of the day he and others like him promote your programs so you both earn money.
If he or anyone else decides that they wish to either quit / retire / promote elsewhere you should honor that.

IMO, you are scamming and just because your TOB say you only pay out is bullshit. I agree with minimums but not when the person has had it with your program.

It's a bit like your employer withholding your holiday paid owed when you quit. Fact is it's still money owed.

having a minimum payment is different to paying out moneys when closing an account.
To ARS's credit, they paid me a month back even though I was below the minimum for cheques and that was from a programme that seems more like a ghost town right now!

I think programs should be more flexible when a person is closing an account because they know they can never get another sale and just want whats owed to them.

I get your point BUT we get A LOT of requests to ignore the minimum payout rule so we have simply said rather than spend time on each as an individual we simply stick to the rule.

as i stated he had a clear and very simple way to get his money and thats to meet the minimum but he chose to make public inaccurate claims in order to force us to pay and im sorry but as we are affiliates as well with other programs thats not good approach for affiliates or programs so i will not succumb to that approach as it undermines the whole purpose of this board being used to collect debts owed.

Sometimes the traffic just stops converting.. no use in trying to make the minimum.

If it's close to the minimum. Affiliates ask to have a payout and I'll go to accounting and get them paid.

Pay the man for his sales and be done..

So it is fair to keep my money and never paid them to me because I stopped to promote your program long time ago. Also claiming on board that I will not get paid because I didn't meet the minimum and proving that you are right and I'm a BS person. That is called a scamming over your affiliates.

Tom, this is not about $70 or so, it's about the principal.
Over the last few months I signed up for a bunch new programs and quit a bunch of old ones, not updating, not converting for whatever reasons. In total on recent closing programs I got paid almost $600 without any problems except this one.
Why they should keep our money where in fact that money is ours.

DEFINITION OF SCAM
Noun- A dishonest scheme; a fraud.
Verb- Swindle.

our minimum is clear to you from the start so by definition this not a scam yet its in your subject of your thread.

There indeed should be policy on all programs,if affiliate want to close his account, then he need to be paid regardless is it minimum payment meet or not.Especialy these times when losing traffic is so easy and you just cant generate sales on certain programs no matter how hard you try.

I'm just an affiliate too so I hear you. I've lost a lot of nickels and dimes over the past 13 yrs. And yeah dollars too.

BUT.. it's not a scam. That was just a poor choice of words and I think it's going to be hard to get over. They should request the thread be removed and it wouldn't be wrong to remove it even though some would then cry foul.

If it were me, I'd pay it and flag the name in case you tried to join again. Then set your first minimum to $168 with no option to close early.

ALL minimum payouts are a scam...PERIOD.

You think Taco Bell doesn't pay some 16 year old because he didn't meet some arbitrary threshold?

No they pay the poor bastard the money he EARNED REGARDLESS if he worked 1 hour or 100.

all affiliates select a payment amount/method when they create and account and this is standard on most all affiliate programs adult and mainstream.

i wont argue if minimum payouts are good or not as there are two side to this
but this thread is inaccurate from the start.

1 he says hes tried to email for months which is bs we are on email icq every day from 10 to 6
2 he says we scammed him which is clearly not accurate

From mass testing years ago, I probably have 50-100 programs that I made only 1-2 sales on that I'll never see again and probably won't pay me if I asked to cash out, either. I've never thought that they were scamming me because of that..

For programs that you might only make a few sales on, combine them all in CCBill or something to solve this problem.

Calling them scammers is bullshit, but I personally don't mind paying someone out if I know they are an affiliate in good standing and are getting out of the business or want to close out their account for some other reason. I just find it's better practice than dealing with shit like this.

Who are you to decide what's chump change?

Imo affiliate programs should have a small administrative fee to close an account and receive the outstanding amount $10-15.

Imo affiliate programs should have a small administrative fee to close an account and receive the outstanding amount $10-15.
Anybody over 18 years old and not living in a third world country should call that chump change.

Maybe I'm wrong but did he not create a thread like this to bring it to other affiliates attention that FetishWeath do not pay their affiliates should they decide to close their account.
I think all sponsors should pay outstanding monies if they have sent say 5 conversions in the last 6 months and sure perhaps take a small admin fee for closing the account but with holding it, no.

Regardless of whether you think they are scammers I think the question to ask now is does Fetish Wealth sound like the kind of people you want to do business with? That is people who will not close out an account and pay out the outstanding balance upon doing so to a webmaster which they have paid out previously.

It's funny there was another thread a day or two where like a dozen people were saying most sites would gladly pay out under these circumstances. It's interesting to see how things really are as opposed what people think they are.

I don't think it's Scam .. but they should pay him .. he wants to close his account ..

@fetishwealth Tell us how you'll prevent scammer if you pay him when he send you one more sale?

Don't talk bs pls

That's his earned money .. plus from what I understand he's promoting you longer time and if he was a scammer until now you should've get chargeback

No idiot, that is not what I said.

I said $68 is NOT chump change to people in third world countries (or people under 18).

If you are an adult over 18 and you live in a non-third world country and you think $68 is a big sum of money and worth starting a thread trashing a sponsor's reputation over said sum, well then you are just a broke LOSER

Absofuckinglutely.

Sure, it's not a "scam" by the strict definition. But is it a MASSIVE fucking PR fail over 70 bucks. You betcha.

Fetish Wealth, anybody crying over $70 or thinking twice about working with you because you stood by your terms isn't somebody worth dealing with anyway.

Sure, $70 is chump change... But if all sponsors stuck to this policy, and say you sent 50,000 unique clicks to we'll say 100 sponsors, and all of them are $100 minimum payouts, and you sent to $30 PPS and only made 3 sales at each... $90... $10 shy of the minimum... At all 100 sponsors... Are you saying you'd ignore $9,000 as "chump change" because of that $10 difference in your balance and the minimum payout?

Can I borrow some cash, Bill Gates?

I have to agree. The man should be paid his money.

We all know what the "minimum payout" is about. It's always been a nice way for programs to make a lot of extra money. $20 here, $50 there multiplied by a thousand affiliates adds up.

Having said that...I've never had anyone refuse to pay me out when I wrote and asked for my balance.

That is just stealing.

This is what GFY has become

Send a couple more sales and get paid or respect the man's terms and get lost.

Why is that so difficult?

Oh and one more thing you clown .. if someone decide/have a reason to quit the biz and are dealing with 20 sponsors like this do you think it's not worth it? Not all guys in the biz are millionaires like you
