Id test with sign up first; full trial will be paid only after the 2 day rebill

Cross-sales you get paid for, select those options. If you don't want xsales, just select 'no' and you'll see your PPS amount adjusted accordingly

Xcode is the campaign feature. So you can add via your link generation, or just adding: " &x=example " at the end of your links
