Has you tested from several location the dl speed?

Are you on any sort of CDN?

if it is indeed slow from several locations then a simple CDN might help you...

If you want me to test lmk I am out of NY location

1Gps, 1-5Tb transfer, fast servers, an API (so theoretically you should be able to monitor your servers yourself)
