Actually I've just spoken with him and he's provided me with verifiable information.
What's my issue is that CCBill actually approves transactions with completely bogus information. My confidence with their fraud prevention is less than 0. |

i also sometimes do wonder...
a couple of denials in a few minutes with bogus email addresses and female names and then suddenly one goes through - i have no idea how that can happen password traders - every single time

Maybe it was a pre paid card. I have had some sign ups with weird names, and none have charged back.

Lot of factors to consider. It could be fraud, but quite often in cases like this it is somebody trying to "protect their privacy", or using a prepaid debit card that doesn't give clear instructions what to enter when used online.
A good check is to get the card bin number from the ccbill transaction (by clicking on subscription id) and then using google to find out who issued the card.
