CCBill safe and secure with fraud prevention?

When he charges back after 3 months of being a member, please post again.

Actually I've just spoken with him and he's provided me with verifiable information.

What's my issue is that CCBill actually approves transactions with completely bogus information.

My confidence with their fraud prevention is less than 0.

Afraid Amsterdam is a wee bit far for me though.

Maybe it was a pre paid card. I have had some sign ups with weird names, and none have charged back.

I'm hoping it was just that. If pre paid cards can't be verified then I don't know what.

Lot of factors to consider. It could be fraud, but quite often in cases like this it is somebody trying to "protect their privacy", or using a prepaid debit card that doesn't give clear instructions what to enter when used online.

A good check is to get the card bin number from the ccbill transaction (by clicking on subscription id) and then using google to find out who issued the card.

What is it in when someone is in Nigeria, using a Czech host and a credit card from Pittsburgh?
