Mopek1 was probably referring to piracy. Rochard is probably referring to affiliate content.

I was.

I meant get a content removal service to continually get your stuff off other sites so that people can't get it free. That is beneficial to the affiliate but even more so to the program.

My point was there's also other affiliates who want full scenes to post for free and so sponsors can never make everyone happy...:pimp

Gotcha ...

C'mon now sponsors.. All the shady underhanded shit you've pulled over the last 5 years to cheat affiliates out of every inch possible.. I mean let's count the ways.

- Changing from $50-100 to $200 or even $300 minimum payouts... Why? Obvious.

- Making network sites that affiliates can't even promote

- Making your watermarks on all your sites say the network site's name

- Not paying automatically when thresholds are reached on some "contact us to be paid" shit

- Tour leaks are extremely common place now, to facebook, twitter, anywhere else ya'll feel like

- Removing payments.php in your NATS installs

- $5+ check fees, paxum fees, etc. Making a profit on doing one of your only required responsibilities as a program owner to facilitate having affiliates. Zombaio? $30 check fee...

- Offering discount pricing to some affiliates and not to others

Industry is a game of cannibalizing each other to stay afloat these days.

Pay less for doing more work.

Better communication, if I'm going to be making you money I'd like you to at least reply to my emails :)

I've had sponsors in the past not even make me a new banner with custom size after sending them lots of traffic and making daily sales, so pretty much dropped all the ones that can't be assed to spend a little time helping me make more sales.

I don't know of a single sponsor who gives affiliates full scene content. In fact I only know of a couple like Mr. Peabody who are open to giving affiliates the same content they put on CPPs with tubes.

I agree, very frustrating when you can't find a working e-mail contact and or get a reply!

BTW, we'd make any custom banners if you ever needed.

I don't run tubes so I wasn't sure about that but I assumed that no sponsor does that.

Here's one....make sure you payout on time.

It's pretty fucking annoying to have to send an email to a sponsor reminding them that they're over a month late on paying you yet they have the time to run contests and payout contest whores on here during that time.

Thankfully for every shitty sponsor out there, there's a great one whom is enjoyable to promote!

It has the effect of making it more difficult to see when you have a payment due and whether or not it was supposed to be sent out. If you see you were supposed to get a payment a month ago but you never received it you might expect that something is wrong. If they remove that page or block access to it the chances of you noticing are reduced.

Just noticed this with a sponsor a couple of days ago. Had some new sales. After they posted new sales our old balance disappeared. Now just the new sales showing.

How about sponsors giving a list of the tools they actually offer instead of me having to sign up only to find its grayed out (in nats affiliate area)

Ahh gotcha, I was thinking the admin side of the payments.

Thanks for the explanation. :)
