Send out content on a regular basis. Just an email with links. This way we don't have to hunt for content. Got a new gallery? Great, send it to all of your affiliates.

Its amazing how many affiliates bitch about content and use fake email address or dont want the mails.
I know. There are way too many conspiracy theorists here. These conspiracy theorist affiliates need to shut up and put up more Pimproll hosted tubes instead so they can make their 30 cents a day.
don't worry, everyone knows that you are a failure already, you don't need to keep reminding everyone..
Eric, my mistake for not cropping the company name out of the url. I didn't create the screenshot I'm only reposting it. It has been cropped out now. Now if you would ban me for posting proof of people shaving affiliates in the past once the subject came up (PR_glen) then yes you had better ban me. I hope you don't but if that is the type of place this is then I can't stop you.

Pay out at least once per year, regardless of minimum reached or not.

Well I agree with this, I have nearly $200 earnt with a sponsor. The company has changed names since I promoted them back in 2008.
I recently contacted them asking for my almost $200 to be sent, I am still waiting.
My minimum payout is set at $200 and cannot be changed.
It looks like someone (Mansion productions?) is butthurt over this image and had the old full size one erased. Probably all the more reason to spread it around.

As for your question, newer content, exclusive content and anything you can do to help fight piracy in the Japanese porn markets would be great. Call your partners to action.
Leave affiliates alone. Affiliate manager emails "hey, I know how you can generate more sales with us" are annoying. When an affiliate needs help he'll ask for it. We don't need to be emailed every week.

Here's 2 examples of why being a sponsor is tough, I'm so glad I'm not running affiliate programs anymore. I'm not saying anyone is right or wrong, just saying you won't ever make everyone happy.

Mopek1 was probably referring to piracy. Rochard is probably referring to affiliate content.

I was.
I meant get a content removal service to continually get your stuff off other sites so that people can't get it free. That is beneficial to the affiliate but even more so to the program.

My point was there's also other affiliates who want full scenes to post for free and so sponsors can never make everyone happy...
C'mon now sponsors.. All the shady underhanded shit you've pulled over the last 5 years to cheat affiliates out of every inch possible.. I mean let's count the ways.
- Changing from $50-100 to $200 or even $300 minimum payouts... Why? Obvious.
- Making network sites that affiliates can't even promote
- Making your watermarks on all your sites say the network site's name
- Not paying automatically when thresholds are reached on some "contact us to be paid" shit
- Tour leaks are extremely common place now, to facebook, twitter, anywhere else ya'll feel like
- Removing payments.php in your NATS installs
- $5+ check fees, paxum fees, etc. Making a profit on doing one of your only required responsibilities as a program owner to facilitate having affiliates. Zombaio? $30 check fee...
- Offering discount pricing to some affiliates and not to others
Industry is a game of cannibalizing each other to stay afloat these days.
Better communication, if I'm going to be making you money I'd like you to at least reply to my emails
I've had sponsors in the past not even make me a new banner with custom size after sending them lots of traffic and making daily sales, so pretty much dropped all the ones that can't be assed to spend a little time helping me make more sales.

I don't know of a single sponsor who gives affiliates full scene content. In fact I only know of a couple like Mr. Peabody who are open to giving affiliates the same content they put on CPPs with tubes.
