So... long short story...
1. Sixpack opens a thread regarding my company without contacting my company before 2. I jumped in this thread saying to contact me 3. He wrote me emails full of insults 4. We hardly found what went wrong and we offered to help him 5. He kept with the insults 6. I said that I thought to be able give him an answer by monday evening 7. After 24 hours he sent me an email and after 10 minutes he wrote on the board.... now... who's the clown? We offered to help him and we investigated a found the issue, ready to get the refund and going after the guy who's done the scam. No, he keeps insulting. GFY |
