Need a server management company - GoFuckYourself.com

A buddy from the old days got me a nice box and 100mb a month pretty cheap but I need a management company to to the initial install, c-panel or what ever they want to use. Set up a ftp server, one mail box and several other minor tweaks and then do the monitoring and maintenance. I won't be running any server side scripts so no hassles there.

Have a couple decent leads but would prefer someone who does a lot of adult and will understand our problems.

is cpanel come with it? cause you would be paying a monthly fee for a cpanel copy.
