I'm looking for mainstream affiliate programs that convert well and actually pay Webmasters.

Please just don't spam a list here - I'd really like to get real sponsors that pay and convert.

I got payments from them even while my country was under bombing. Hehe, if they paid me here, I don't see a reason why you shouldn't get paid.
Btw, I've stopped using them a long time ago, but then there used to be 2 categories of merchants/sponsors. In first case, linkshare processed payments, and I got every single one of them. The second sort of sponsors is those who process payments on their own, I wasn't paid by a part of those.
Test and see.

www.websponsors.com was a nice one back when I did non-adult. Used to pay and such.

If you are interested, Cash Mountain is doing well and we are paying webmasters on time every week. There has not been one single missed payment, ever.

We have a dozen high converting sites, with more on the way. $35 isn't the higest payout you will receive on the net, but it's honest and we pay on backup processor joins as well as primary.

I would be keen to work with you if you're interested. We even have a console spot open if you want some return traffic.

We just came out with SatisfyYourLover.com. Although it has a sexual theme, it is designed and sold as a mainstream product.

It's a private program right now, but converting very well with our traffic and the traffic of a few friends.

We're looking for a few more people to promote it and of course would be happy to work a deal with you......
