Typically you're going 'offshore' for a reason. Perhaps you're not asking the right question.

You have a point. As stated earlier i am asking for a non-internet friend who is in need of an offshore setup. Maybe he just needs a server anywhere but in Europe, it might not even have to be under some radar. I'll ask him again to make sure.

Not because of some shit people (notinmybackyard) suggest, but simply because he sells digital goods that are too expensive if he sells those from where he lives, especially since his market is 95% in another country than the one he lives in. He'd be a fool to pay high taxes in a place he isn't even selling anything in.

The taxes are paid in area you lived not where you do business.
