This is completely logit. Was on the British news a few weeks ago. It is targetted at hard up students, who dont care looking even more stupid than they normally do around the University Cities.

Gorilla Marketing, you've gotta love it. Brings back memories of the bang bus forhead branding. Shit, there are plenty of content providers who have the girls advertise on them, normally with marker pen urls
