I was under the impression Max's legal problems stemmed from shipping obscene materials across state lines - making it a federal offense.

Personally, from what I saw, I thought those videos were abhorrent. At some point the sex stopped being consensual, and I am amazed that someone obviously thought it was a good idea to post them online. For what purpose? To further demean the girls that weren't fully prepared for what they were getting themselves into? This type of shit reflects poorly on everyone associated with the industry.

Like I said Im not really sure what it was but I can see that most average people would see that as Obscene hence the reason behind him getting into trouble.

Sorry, the second part of my post refers to the links posted by Diez, not Max's stuff.

However, anyone who has seen a Max Hardcore scene knows that he certainly pushes the envelope of good tastes.
