Exactly. I'm quite sure Kink.com issues a safe word when filming. In the BDSM world, safe words are established before ANYTHING goes down. It keeps people out of harms way and avoids situations like these. Safe word is used, action stops until a resolution has been reached or until the submissive decides they are ready to continue.
