Monitor the load on your current VPS. It has more to do with length/quality of video than number of visitors... When your peak gets beyond 50-75% load you'll definitely want to move to a better system.

Personally, I'd change your server asap, this way, you know you already have the right server online with the server momentary downtime now & not when you have a very busy tube.
I've just changed to a new i7 4gb ram 500gb hd with raid on another 500gb through the same company ( www.adulthosting.com ), i've been with for a while! No extra payments a month, just looking after me. I decided to do it now before my cam site becomes inundated with traffic & members. Just an idea
