We have all seen how Obama and his gang in the white-house are doing everything they can to disarm the American people. Why is the big question that everyone is wondering.
There are wild speculations that Obama is a part of a world wide secret communist kabal whoms ultimate goal is to rule the whole world under 1 super world wide communist government. There is however 1 big obstacle to this masterplan .... The Americans.
Americans love their guns to protect their freedoms they have enjoyed the past few hundred years.
There are going strong and very reliable rumors around that Obama has a task to disarm the American people in preparation of a full scale Chinese invasion when in a decade or so the Chinese military build up is complete (especially its naval capabilities), after a devastating nuclear attack. It is a public secret that this is the war the chinese is being trained for in the long run.
Even after a massive nuclear attack the communist forces would be massacred by Americans with their military grade weapons, unless the public has been disarmed or reduced to a streetgang armed with aging unreliable pistols.

First off, I'm not an Obama fan at all and I sure as shit didn't vote for him.

I was actually referring to the fact that from the day he took office, the NRA has been screaming that Count Blackenstein was comin' fer our guns...and if you look at the actual record (as opposed to the record the far-right-wingers invented), you'll see that the administration (as well as the DOJ) hadn't said one word about gun control. Oh, and actual liberals/progressives are pissed at him for not doing so.

Also, you might want to try, you know, actually reading the articles you linked to. The US has not signed on to any treaty. Sounds more like diplomats jibber-jabbering for as long as they can milk the free junkets to 5-star resorts.

Yeah, but you said he (and by extension, the US) signed on to it. That is inaccurate. Also, the administration (which i'm not a fan of) has backed 'joining the debate', which is different than them saying 'Sign us up, dog!' When you overstate, you lose some credibility.

Don't get me wrong here..I'm a gun owner and I'm concerned about attempts to take guns out the hands of law-abiding citizens, but putting it all on obama means buying into the lies the NRA and their shills have been putting out the last 4 years. It's something that has been quietly, slowly, happening for quite some time.

You guys seem to have missed that Obama wants to bann automaitc guns and all gund which are not needed for hunting or sport.
And that there are millions of Americans without a criminal record who have been placed on te secret no-gun-buy list estimates on the number of people on this list range from 1.5 to 4 million people who have never been convicted of any crime but can not buy a gun.
As well as the UN treaties where Obama is working on and for the lefties who can not understand political talk "thinking of" and "will never" means very often will do it as soon as the journalists are away.

Remember how obama promised 350 million Americans "I will NOT sign the NDAA", but then signed it in the night on a holiday when no one looked and he DEMANDED there would be written in that it does the indefenitl detention of americans without a trial?

I don't really give much of a shit about gun control...my stance is that every sane law-abiding person should have the right to get a gun, but not spontaneously. Guns will get into the hands of criminals no matter what, so trying to disarm people just seems silly. People trying to compare our country with other countries in that regard apparently don't follow the whole illegal alien and drug trade here and how rampant it all is despite law enforcements supposed best efforts. That said, people in a fit of rage being able to spontaneously get a gun and act on that rage is what worries me. It's bad enough that fucking Walmart sells guns.
