Another boring thread about food

So...I made lots of different food this week...

Stuffed Mushrooms (Portobello and Button)
Salmon w/ Basil Butter
Lobster
Sushi
Seared Ahi
Mushroom Burgers...I had lots of mushrooms ok...
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
and other stuff I can't remember...

So the question is...

What are you craving???
What is your fave food???

beef jerky.

i really think if i was on death row and they gave me my last meal request it might be beef jerky, quality jerky though, not cheap crap. bunch of Sicilian Italian food - lasagna, gnocchi, ravioli, none of that Northern Italian novelle crap. fruit - cherries, raspberries and Santa Rosa plums rock hard. some red and black licorice, wine gums. cheeseburger. warm sourdough bread.

oh damn i am drooling all over my keyboard.

forgot.......Coca Cola...........the nectar of the gods.

I always assumed that Santa Rosa plums are a variety of plum grown in Santa Rosa California. Red on the outside, yellow/gold on the inside. When they're hard, not totally ripe yet, they are tangy ........when they ripen, juicy and sweeter but still a li'l sour.

i like all fruit rock hard. CRUNCH!

good cold rock hard Granny Smith apple is right up there too.

They're a variety of Japanese Plum just like black beauty. Santa Rosa plums are tangier
They grow them in Washington also. In the Spring and Summer we always drive across the mountains to the fruit stands in Eastern WA.
