Any Tube Sites Which Allow This ?
I noticed a lot of the big tubes allow content partners which means program owners, or allow you to make money from views of uploaded content but do not allow affiliates to upload purchased content for either traffic back to the webmasters own sites or traffic back to the webmasters affiliate program.
Which tubes do allow this ? Also looking for sites similar to vidster who allow bookmarking of videos |

imho none, cause there are many fraud webmasters out there, but there are not many fraud program owners.
+ they get % of sales traffic they send to program owners via paysites. what are webmasters giving them ? a traffic ? which they already have way more.

I have a tube site that if you embed my videos I give you 50% of the video player ads, regardless if you uploaded the video or not. I have it set up so you can match the sponsor and the video ads so you send the surfer to the sponsor that the video is from.
