I post galleries there. I can't really tell you if there traffic converts yet or not.
Can't really help about a ad spot. All I can tell you is try it.

Yes I am advertising there, but they promised me 10000 hits a day minimum, I am getting only 4000.Maybe is because my site still need some professional touch to it, which is coming soon, so from tomorrow I put a bang bus gallery to see the different.I am new, I still have to learn a lot.What would you do to promote your new site?

bettering your site will affect your conversions, not your hits.
