Hi.. I want to buy a lot of sign ups. I only want people who run reputable programs to reply to this, because I'm not going to pre-pay to anyone who I can't collect the money from if they fuck me.

I want to buy as many sign ups as people will send pre-paid to a site I just started that I'm trying to get traffic built up to. Again, ONLY people who are capable of sending traffic reply. I will pay $40 per join.
