Mike, I agree that this whole opposition to Measure B was late getting started.

I also agree with what you are saying about STDs and the need for comprehensive testing.

There is no denial here.....just doing the best I can with what I've got to work with. Sometimes, reality is a bitch. And, sometimes, you win. We will know for sure on Wednesday morning which way the dime flipped.

Theo had the best idea about geo targeting people in LA via all the dating sites. That is really brilliant. Did it happen?

I think when it all comes down, the general public isn't going to care. I may be wrong, but too many people who are in the industry don't even care, so the general population probably isn't going to care at all, other than a few die hard porn addicts who have never voted and never will. But then again, Americans voted in a black president four years ago and he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for simply being Obama, so anything is possible. It's a damn shame votes can't be "user uploaded." It would be a landslide.

Regarding disclosure: http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/cacode/GOV/1/9/4/5/s84503 - I am not a lawyer, but I am guessing that in order to protect the campaign against lawsuits from AHF et al, simply the "No on Measure B" could be treated as "advertisement" so adding the required line as Section 84503 of the cal gov code states can not hurt.

Better safe than sorry.

See, this is where you shine as a jack ass. You and your yes men/girls beg people to support a cause and donate money, get angry when anyone asks how the money is being spent, but keep secrets about who the money is going to or who is involved, and then say that people know nothing about what is going on behind the scenes.

I know blunt honesty is a difficult thing for many, but sometimes being straight up with people is the best way to get their support, because money can't buy everyone. Well, maybe you can buy everyone in LA, but for normal people it sometimes takes a little more finesse.

That said, I still don't believe your claims of anyone trying to end the porn business and this is what the condom law is all about. More fear mongering from the guy who stands to lose the most.

Yea, that's what I read. It only says it needs to be disclosed. Seems a wee bit overkill to take it upon themselves and put you on a paypal account without getting your permission to use your brand there. Do you mind if I use it on mine?

The problem is that many claims you keep making, all of them involve third parties that info not control nor am aloud to talk about. That simply is how the law works.

For example, your constant crap about Manwin and money laundering: Manwin never got money seized, Mansef did. Why, what, when, how, I might know or not, but regardless I am not allowed to tell you. All I can say is what I kept repeating in the past, Manwin has nothing to do with money laundering.

The campaign is another thing. I do not run it, neither do I control it. What the fuck do you expect me to do? Just invent shit so you get your answer you want to hear?!

Many things are better kept from the public. But I do not decide other people's things they withhold. But in your universe you have a simple way to blame me: you claim I own them regardless if true or not..

I get blamed for other people's mistakes constantly, and sometimes, I simply no longer ignore the lies and respond...
