Is it really legal to put up an ad on Craigslist for adult work.... have the girl come in.... shoot a video of her having sex..... and put it on your pay site or sell the content for profit, without giving the girl a dime.... and then deciding if she is worth bringing in a second time to "pay" her for work?

Windy City, so all base all my information off of Chicago, which is where it is an adult shoots and a lot of Johnny load content was made.
To be sure you always talk to a lawyer and I think a auditions are no different from regular shoots. I did several auditions in a warehouse office and also in a hotel room. Just line a bunch of guys or gals up that you find on craigslist and have each successive one come 15 min. apart because at least half of them flaked out.

what I usually do is have the men perform a solo scene in front of me, but this would mean having a female actress next to me so it wasn't "gay" you might say. If the guy can stay hard Jack himself off and blow his load all over the table while you're filming him, that's a pretty good indicator he's going to be able to perform for you.

Finding talent moreover is just a benefit if you have the lifestyle that makes it easy, I don't for the most part even though I'm pretty good at cold calls.

Probably the funniest story I know of though is a man that shot a gangband had a guy show up late and went to the front desk and said "um, yeah... I'm here for the gangbang" FUCKING IDIOT.

Crazy boyfriends too, like getting your appendix ruptured by getting stuck with a butter knife. Story from a producer I know.

You can shoot porn anywhere, you can also do whatever you want until you get caught. Best advice stay low-key, don't make any profiles on social media sites bragging about shooting porn or doing anything like that. at best you shoot soft core stills.

You should be fine if you're not a rabble-rouser. Is smoking pot legal? No, but it's so commonplace ( LIKE PIRACY) that nobody even bats an eye when they hear about it. Porn is still taboo, so keep quiet about what you do and no harm shall come upon you.
