exactly, i was on 1:500 average with them from january.... from 15th september it is 1:2500 ;-)

Are you going by the counts in their webmaster area? I hope not because those aren't first page raws or even uniques. 1:2500 by their count is probably more like 1:6000 - 1:10000 in actuality.

There's probably 500+ posts from affiliates complaining about ratios after Manwin buys a program. And that's not even counting what may have been deleted. My rude awakening was when they bought Webcams.com. I had no idea they had bought them until six months after the fact.

Went from a long track record of 1:600/1:800 to 1:1300 overnight when they got bought! (proof below)
Same exact traffic, everything equal, but conversions dropped to half what they were before

BTW, whats the best alternative to these guys right now??

According to Fabian, your statement is correct. You're failing to realize Fabian is a ex-master programmer. If memory serves me correctly, he sold FAO awhile ago and purchased other online ventures which are currently earning him a cool 1.5 mil a month.

Can not deny Fabian's claims after witnessing Manwin buying up every substantial property in the adult biz. It's like the Home Depot arrived in your neighborhood sucking up all the small business owners.

If you're the guy who created the software used to track the sales of those sites, it probably wouldn't take much to change it to make it do what you want. I'm not saying that is the case, but I think it is naive to think it couldn't be done very easily, all things considered.

Perhaps those pushing Manwin sites experiencing reduced ratios should run random test joins every now and then to make sure you're getting credit.

Almost anything is possible in regards to this sort of thing. You could program a shaver to do almost anything. Only shave webmasters who send under 100,000 uniques per month, shave 50% of affiliates one month and the other 50% the next. Anything is possible. Just because Niktamer is doing great with them doesn't necessarily mean that Joe Affiliate is getting the same fair deal. Even back during the times of the MPA2 shaving fiasco there was the capability to only shave certain affiliates while leaving others alone.

This post is entirely theoretical and applies in general. Not only to Manwin. Although I will say that I have a history of bad experiences once Manwin buys a program I promote as an affiliate and I have seen literally hundreds of posts from other affiliates on different boards stating the same.
